Continuing bonds

When someone dies your relationship with them doesn’t have to die too.
Finding new ways to continuing and connect with someone who has died is a healthy and normal part of moving forward after loss.

There are lots of ways that we can maintain a connection to the person who has died  that feel personal.  It can be as simple of placing photos of them around the house or asking friends and family for unseen photos and stories.

Creating rituals  like this gives you a chance to reconnect and remember.
